 TBWTV 世界電視網於2008年4月在全美第三大的有線電視網Charter 正式開播。初期涵蓋區域以南加州大洛杉磯的21個華人聚居的城市為主，2009年10月份起，擴大至南加州無線數位電視31.7台每天24小時播放，並透過網際網路電視www.tbwtv.net與全球接軌。 TBWTV對美國華裔社會來說，是一個非常特別的電視台。她的前身Focus One Corporation，過去數年來製作過許多節目供應給各大電視台，包括：中央社、人間衛視、客家電視台、美洲中天電視、天下衛視、國際衛視以及世華電視(東森美洲台前身)。 TBWTV網羅了中、港、台傑出的電視工作者，未來將以她強大的節目製作優勢，製作屬於在美華人自己的電視節目，改寫美國華語電視台千篇一律的收視狀況。 |

TBWTV has officially launched on Charter Cable, third largest cableoperator in the United States. Our coverage and broadcast have already reached the Chinese-American audience in 21 major cities. Soon,programming will connect the world with the launch of TBWTV.NET TBWTV shares a strong relationship with the Chinese American public, earning a wide and loyal viewership. TBWTV's production arm, Focus One Corporation, has produced a wealth of television programs supplied to major TV stations such as CDN, Sky Link TV, CTI, etc. The operation of TBWTV is made possible by a strong and experienced team of broadcast journalists from China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
